Do the eSIMs come with a phone number?
No. Our eSIMs are data only. Travellers keep their usual number on their main SIM for calls and texts, and can use WhatsApp, Teams or FaceTime over data.
Which phones are supported?
Any eSIM-compatible phone that is carrier-unlocked. Most recent iPhones, Google Pixels and Samsung Galaxy models support eSIM. We're happy to check a list of models for you.
When does the 30-day validity start?
When the eSIM first connects to a network at the destination, not when you buy it. So you can order ahead of a trip.
What if someone runs out of data?
We can add more data to the same eSIM. There's nothing to reinstall.
