Accessibility statement

Last updated:

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to choose a plan, buy it and install their eSIM independently. This statement describes the accessibility of onesim.travel under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568.

1.Accessibility level

The site is designed to conform with Israeli Standard IS 5568 at level AA, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA across the whole site, in English and in Hebrew.

The site is built to work with current versions of the major browsers and with common screen readers, on both desktop and mobile.

2.Adjustments we have made

  • Keyboard navigation: every link, button and form field can be reached and used with the keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Screen-reader support: pages use semantic HTML with headings, landmarks and lists, form fields have labels, and icons that carry no information are hidden from assistive technology.
  • Contrast: text and controls are designed to meet the level AA contrast ratios.
  • Right-to-left support: the Hebrew site is fully right-to-left, and each page declares its language so that screen readers read it in the right language.
  • Reduced motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, the site reduces or turns off animations.
  • Resizable text: you can zoom up to 200% without losing content or functionality, and the layout adapts to small screens.
  • Text alternatives: images that carry information have alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.

3.Known limitations

  • Payment page: payment takes place on a secure page hosted by Sumit, our payment provider. We don't control its design or accessibility. If you have difficulty with it, contact us and we will do our best to help you complete your purchase.
  • QR codes: the eSIM QR code is visual. The same order page and email also give you a one-tap install link and the manual installation codes as text, which screen readers can read.
  • Maps and illustrations: maps and coverage illustrations are visual. The same information is available as text in the destination list and on each destination page.

We keep working to fix remaining issues. If you find a part of the site that isn't accessible, please let us know.

4.Physical accessibility

OneSim is an online-only service. We have no offices or service points open to the public.

5.Accessibility coordinator

  • Name: Yiftach Freeman

  • Postal address: Freeman Digital, Business Center, Efrat, Israel

6.Reporting an accessibility problem

If you come across an accessibility barrier, or need information from the site in another format, write to our accessibility coordinator at support@onesim.travel. To help us fix it quickly, please include:

  • the address (URL) of the page where the problem occurred;
  • a short description of the problem;
  • your device and browser, and any assistive technology you use (for example a screen reader).

We usually reply within one business day and will keep you updated until the issue is resolved.
