How long is a plan valid?
30 days from the moment the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not from purchase.
Which sizes can I buy?
1, 3, 5, 10, 20 or 50 GB in most countries. Where data is costly, the biggest packs aren't offered. The bigger the pack, the lower the price per GB.
Can I add more data later?
Yes. Top up the same eSIM anytime, without a new QR code or reinstalling.
Is there a subscription or contract?
No. Every plan is a one-off purchase with no automatic renewal.
Do I get a phone number?
No. Our eSIMs are data only. Your regular SIM stays in your phone, and WhatsApp, FaceTime and similar apps work over data.
Is my phone compatible?
You need an eSIM-compatible phone that is carrier-unlocked. Most recent iPhone, Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models support eSIM.
How do I install it?
