1. Choose where you’re going
Search for your destination on our destinations page. Visiting several countries? The Global eSIM covers about 180 countries on one eSIM, so you don’t need a separate plan for each stop.
2. Pick a data size
Plans come in 1, 3, 5, 10, 20 and 50 GB, and every plan is valid for 30 days from first connection. A rough guide:
- 1–3 GB: a weekend or short trip with maps, messaging and light browsing.
- 5–10 GB: one to two weeks with social media, photos and some video calls.
- 20–50 GB: longer trips, streaming, working remotely or sharing a hotspot.
Not sure? Start smaller: you can top up the same eSIM later.
3. Pay securely
Enter your email and continue to Sumit’s secure payment page. You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bit. Prices can be shown in USD, EUR or ILS (choose your currency in the site header), but the charge itself is always in Israeli shekels (₪): checkout shows the exact ₪ amount before you pay. Your tax invoice-receipt is emailed to you right after payment.
4. Get your eSIM instantly
As soon as the payment goes through, your order page shows your QR code and install details, and we email you the same information along with a link back to the order page. Keep that email: it’s your way back to your eSIM, usage and top-ups. You can also find your order anytime under My eSIMs with your email and order number.
Before you pay
Double-check that your phone supports eSIM and is carrier-unlocked. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase, less the cancellation fee (5% or ₪100, whichever is lower), as long as the eSIM hasn’t been installed or used. See refunds and cancellations.
